Description:
This Solicitation is for a Professional Services Agreement with one or more Planning Consultant(s) to provide planning, engineering, surveying, and related professional services for the Aviation Authoritys Capital Program, which includes the current Capital Improvement Program, and future amendments, and for all other planning, engineering, construction and environmental projects that the Aviation Authority may request. The Services include, but are not limited to the following:advising and supporting the Aviation Authority throughassessments,studies, master planning,concept development, preparation of design-build criteria packages, project envisioning documents, program definition documents, external governmental agency outreach and stakeholder engagement,extension of staff, and all other efforts as assigned for the development, management, and operation of existing and future facilities and projects, including those specified Section 6, Scope of Services.The Services may also include assisting the Aviation Authority-s committees and the Aviation Authority-s departments and coordinating and providing documentation required or requested by federal, state, and local agencies, including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA); Transportation Security Administration (TSA); Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT); the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC); City of Orlando; Orange County, Florida; and other agencies as required.
