Description:
The City of Syracuse (“the City”) has won two grant awards via the New York State Department of State-s (DOS) Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA) program. These awards will result in the concurrent creation and submittal of two BOA Plans for DOS designation: the Erie Boulevard East BOA Plan and the East Adams-South Salina BOA Plan. With this Request for Proposals (RFP), the City seeks submittals from qualified firms (“consultants”) to provide Brownfield-related professional planning services for the concurrent development and completion of two (2) DOS-approvable BOA Plans. The submitted proposals may be from a consultant or team of consultants. The selected consultant will be responsible for the completion of both BOA Plans concurrently.Minority and Women Business Enterprise firms are encouraged to respond.
