- The Town of Waterford Utility Commission is seeking the services of one or more qualified firms to provide On-Call Engineering and Surveyor Services. The Utility Commission does not guarantee a minimum quantity of projects per year, nor does it guarantee that any selected “approved list” consultant will be given a Task Order in any given year. The Utility Commission reserves the right to issue further detailed Requests for Proposals for any specific projects when it determines that such solicitation is in its best interest. The selected firms will provide ongoing services to the Utility Commission on an as-needed basis for a three-year term.
