NOTICE TO BIDDERSSealed bids will be received at City Secretary-s Office, 1110 Houston Street, 3rd floor, City Hall Building, Laredo, Texas, until 4:00 P.M. on June 24th, 2025 as detailed in the Information to Bidder, and publicly opened, read, and taken under advisement on June 25th, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. for the furnishing of all necessary materials, machinery, equipment, labor, superintendence, and all other services and appurtenances required for improvements for the City of Laredo, and shall include acknowledgement of any addenda submitted, and all other documents included in said bid call. Said bid shall be marked,FY24-ENG-52-A “Plaza Theatre Roof Replacement ”The City of Laredo Plaza Theatre is an existing movie theatre building located in downtown Laredo, TX. The work includes the removal of the roof's existing MEP, HVAC equipment, equipment curbs, ducts, vents, piping, conduit, electric boxes, roof insulation and top roofing membrane. Refer to demolition plans for more information on scope. The existing roof deck will remain and be repaired based on the contractor's assessment after uncovering. The contractor will then provide and install new insulation, roof membrane and accessories, metal coping and trim as per the construction documents.Construction contract time for the project is one hundred days (100) working days.All complete Bid Proposal in the hands of the designated official at the time set in this Notice to Bidders shall be considered.
