Plum Island Boathouse Foundation RepairsPROJECT LOCATION: U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Green Bay National Wildlife Refuge, managed by the Horicon National Wildlife Refuge Leopold Wetland Management District Complex in Mayville, WisconsinESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: Potential Offerors are advised that this procurement is a Total Small Business Set-aside without further socio-economic set aside in accordance with FAR 19.203(c). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $45 million. The Solicitation Package will be available via electronic commerce on SAM.gov on or about December 11, 2024 with Proposals due on or about January 9th, 2025. The Solicitation Package will include, at a minimum, the following: Specifications, Drawings, and Prevailing Wage Determinations. Please ensure you have a complete downloaded Solicitation Package before submitting your Proposal.
