This RFI is for planning and informational purposes only and shall NOT be considered as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. 1.0 Introduction:
Program Manager (PM) Medium and Heavy Tactical Vehicles (MHTV) falls under Program Executive Officer Land Systems within Marine Corps Systems Command. PM MHTV is responsible for total life-cycle management of the Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR), Logistics Vehicle System Replacement (LVSR), and Aircraft Rescue Firefighting/ Expeditionary Firefighting and Rescue (ARFF/EFR), (P-19R). PM MHTV United States Marine Corps (USMC) is gathering / seeking information to identify interested vendors that have the technical and logistical capability to identify new sources of supply and/or design and manufacture quality supplies and test and support replacement components to mitigate obsolescence issues on PM MHTV Family of Vehicles (FoV).
