Description
USSOCOM is conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing highly specialized technical and engineering support services in support of the Program Manager for Counterproliferation (PMCP) under Special Operation Forces Acquisition Technology & Logistics (SOF AT&L). These services include, but are not limited to, development, product improvement, training, testing, acquisition support, sustainment, and field support in mission areas such as counter Radio Controlled Explosive Improvised Device (RCIED) electric warfare, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), Electronic Countermeasures (ECM), Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), and Counterproliferation (CP). Contract award is anticipated no later than June 2026.
Due to the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) nature of the Statement of Objectives (SOO), access to the SOO will be limited and available only upon request. Interested parties must request access by submitting a valid CAGE code and a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
