- This project consists of removing and replacing the electrical room cooling split unit, Liebert 8-ton, at the Pueblo Municipal Justice Center.Contractor should plan to conduct an assessment of the existing Liebert system. Replacement unit shall be of similar make and model. Product submittal shall be approved by the City prior to purchase. Work shall also include new line set, new low voltage wiring, new thermostat, and any roof modifications required for installation.Contractor shall provide a full design of the new proposed system to include all necessary drawings, stamped by a Colorado licensed Professional Engineer, in order to apply for and secure permits with the Pueblo Regional Building Department.Prior to acceptance by the City, contractor shall provide a testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) report for review and approval by the City.
