The 42d Contracting Squadron located at 50 LeMay Plaza South, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama has a requirement to furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all operations in connection with the PNQS 25-0034 Repair Steam Damage BLDG 1154 MAXWELL AFB, AL to include all areas as indicated on drawings and in strict accordance with the specifications and applicable drawings. This request for SOURCES SOUGHT is being utilized to identify sources that have the capability to provide Repair Steam Damage Services for the attached Statement of Work (PNQS 25-0034 Repair Steam Damage BLDG 1154). This is not a request for SF330s only a request for sources and does not constitute a solicitation. The firm shall be located within a 250-mile radius of Maxwell Air Force Base. The firm shall be actively listed in SAM.gov under the NAICS code 236220. All interested parties are required to email the following information to Kemeshia Smith (kemeshia.smith@us.af.mil) and SSgt Trevor Wilson (trevor.wilson.8@us.af.mil) by 12:00 p.m. central time Wednesday, June 17, 2025 with the subject line: PNQS 25-0034 Repair Steam Damage BLDG 1154: 1) name and address of your company; 2) SAM-s registration, 3) a detailed description of firm-s experience in designing projects of the type described in attachment and 4) name of contact person to include phone number and email address.
