- The Work under this Project consists of the construction of a new 5-ft.-wide sidewalk with pedestrian facilities along the south side of Poindexter Street at the I-464 overpass. The new sidewalk will connect on the west end to the existing sidewalk at the signal for the South Norfolk Jordan Bridge and will connect on the east end to the existing sidewalk at the intersection of Poindexter Street and Bainbridge Boulevard. This project will also include the installation of new pedestrian railing on the bridge over I-464 and the installation of new streetlights along the project limits.
