This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS Code 531120 applies to this procurement.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, the Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.The Department of Veterans Affairs TVHS intends to enter into a superseding lease located at 1208 Pointe Centre Drive Chattanooga, TN 37421. The current lease is set to expire on September 30, 2026. The new lease will be effective on December 1, 2025. The current space is 11,131 RSF/ 9,995 ABOMA.The lease term requirement is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, five (5) years non- firm. The leased space shall be in an area bordered by the following boundaries:North Boundary: I-75South Boundary: Brainerd Rd.West Boundary: East Brainerd RdEast Boundary: Spring Creek RdSDVOSB and VOSB firms are invited to provide information to contribute to the market research for this project. SDVOSB and VOSB firms must be registered in VA s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) site at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ and have the technical skills andfinancial capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements.
