- October 16, 2026 - To proceed with the procurement, the BEAT-LDI JV LLC et al v. The United States Court of Federal Claims Decision (Case Nos. 25-cv-00082) dated September 10, 2026, requires GSA to take action prior to proceeding with contract awards. Amendment 0013 of the Polaris Small Business Pool has been posted in the Polaris Submission Portal (https://polaris.app.cloud.gov). Offerors should login to the Polaris Submission Portal and review the required action.
This action is only applicable to existing offerors that submitted a timely proposal for the Polaris GWAC Small Business Pool by October 7, 2022, and previously extended their offer acceptance period through March 31, 2025.

A system error incorrectly reflected two contracts as being awarded; however, no contract awards have been made. Contract awards for the Polaris GWAC Small Business Pool are planned for later this month and will be announced via SAM.gov.
