- This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only. This is an intent to sole source notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This announcement constitutes the notice of intent to sole source and synopsis of proposed action. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of this non-competitive acquisition as implemented by 41 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127(c), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute) using sole source procedures authorized in VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 819.7008 (Deviation), to CYNERGY PROFESSIONAL SYSTEMS LLC, located at 23187 La Cadena Dr., Laguna Hills, California 92653.
