This is a Request for Quotation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. Requirement number OC-2025-0007 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services intends to award a purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to a small business contractor only at a firm fixed price to provide subscription service for one year for 25 licensed users. Detail information is provided in the attached Statement of Work. Your response shall be no more than 5 pages and shall include the following: 1) Contractor-s plan to perform the Statement of Work; 2) and Price - to include fully loaded labor rates. All responses will be evaluated using the following Evaluation Criteria: 1) Technical Understanding 2) Personnel Qualifications 3) and Price. “All business proposals final price shall be submitted in whole dollars only, rounded to the nearest dollar. An award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is the lowest price and is technically acceptable. Responses must be sent electronically in MS Word format to phillip.harrell@cms.hhs.gov on or before 12:00 pm Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
