Cheltenham Township, Montgomery County, 8230 Old York Road, Elkins Park, PA 19027 (hereinafter “Township”) is seeking proposals online from vendors or individuals for Project Title. Proposals are due no later than Response Submission Time, prevailing time, on Response Submission Date, via the OpenGov Procurement Portal: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cheltenhamtownship.The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified individuals, partnerships, or companies to provide food and beverage services at the Township owned pool facilities consisting of Glenside Pool located at 185 South Keswick Avenue, Glenside and Conklin Pool located at 15 Church Road, Elkins Park. Desired services will include food and beverage operations and management of the concession stand at each respective pool. All documents and solicitation details are available online at the OpenGov Procurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cheltenhamtownship. All bidders shall create a FREE account with OpenGov Procurement by signing up at: https://procurement.opengov.com/signup. The responding bidder is solely responsible for all costs related to the preparation of the proposal. The results will be posted via the OpenGov Procurement Portal.There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting that bidders can attend. The meeting will be held on Monday March 24, 2025 from 12:00pm-1:00pm at Glenside Pool located at 185 S. Keswick Avenue, Glenside Pa 19038 and from 1:00pm-2:00pm at Conklin Pool located at 15 Church Road, Elkins Park, Pa 19027.Questions must be submitted via OpenGov Procurement Portal no later than Question Submission Time on Question Submission Date.
