    Background:
    The VA Northwest Health Network, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 20, is responsible for providing health care to Veterans in the states of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, most of the state of Idaho, and one county in Montana. The VISN 20 sites listed under the Places of Performance require Point of Care Whole Blood Glucose monitoring for inpatient setting at the patient bedside and outpatient clinic locations.
    Scope:
    This BPA will provide VISN 20 with Point of Care Whole Blood Glucose Testing devices, interfaceable middleware (as applicable), supplies, reagents, and consumables required to properly perform required testing.
