This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 and 52.212-1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This requirement is for the purchases of Batteries and equipment as outlined in the attached RFQ and salient characteristics document. This is a Brane name or Equal document.
QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote.
Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:
1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2 and 3 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*)
2. Salient Characteristics of proposed items
3. A delivery period must be stated
4. Warranty Information must be included *Quotes must be valid through 1 October 2025.
