Synopsis for N42158-24QE063 Portable Dehumidifier
Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract as necessary to provide Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, VA with three (3) Portable Dehumidifiers. The contractor shall provide the Dehumidifier as required by the specifications. The specifications will be detailed in attachment 1 labelled Continuation Sheet for N4215825QE063.
This requirement will be solicited as Sole Source Brand Name, and it will be sole-sourced to Innovative Air Technologies in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. No other manufacturer will be considered. Vendors and wholesalers of this item may be considered.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333415. Requests for Quote (RFQ) will be available for download on or about 16 May 2025 at http://www.SAM.gov under RFQ number N42158-25-QE063. Potential vendors are hereby notified that the RFQ and subsequent amendments to the RFQ will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at the above web site. This office will no longer issue hard copy RFQs.
