Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC), Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) has a requirement for the maintenance and servicing of portable hand-held fire extinguishers at the Fleet Readiness Center East, Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Full scope of work is provided in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ), Section C.
Solicitation Information
All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Melinda Bowen at Melinda.a.bowen.civ@us.navy.mil no later that Time/Date listed in the General Information section of this notice. N6852025Q1010 is issued as a competitive request for quote (RFQ). This contract will be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a base plus 4 option years. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for FRCE maintenance and servicing of portable hand-held fire extinguishers listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition (FAR) Part 12 and 13. Offerors shall price CLINS for each type of fire extinguisher listed and include the total price in accordance with the outlined CLIN structure provided below in the instructions. CLINS are structured based on a maximum number of fire extinguishers that shall be serviced per year. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov.
