Criteria:
- Ability to be moved on-demand with use of a 10,000 lb forklift
- Capacity to test 5 to 35 ton jacks
- Opening height must accommodate at least 8 inches to 16 foot tall jack (ram lowered position)
- Opening width must be a minimum of 58 inches
- 35 ton max vertical weight and below jack capacity
- Base plate must be at least 124 inches wide x 112 inches long, and be able to accomodate forklift forks
- Must be delivered within 20-25 weeks ARO
- Must be able to test the following jack inventory:
30 Ton C-130 Wing Jack - PN:53J6268/NSN:1730-00-516-2017 10 Ton Tri-pod Jack - PN:50J25178/NSN:1730-00-516-2019 12 Ton Spider Jack - PN:12-3-14/NSN:1730-00-912-3998 35 Ton Axle Jack - PN:056D1100/NSN:1730-01-380-0526- Must include an indicator that displays read out of load in pounds and tons
