- Bid Synopsis: The Wisconsin State Fair Park Facility Services Department (WSFP Facility Services Department), requests Bids for the Rental and Service to Portable Restrooms, Portable Hand Washing Stations, Portable Hand Sanitizing Stations, Portable Holding Tanks, Recreational Vehicle (RV) Tank Pumping, Flat Tank Pumping, and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. As part of this Contract, WSFP can provide: • Access to a water source outfitted to refill tanks for Service activities • Access to a sanitary sewer dumping area • A storage/cleaning area for units during the summer o The size of this area, its location, the duration of its availability and specifics of access to it are all at the discretion of WSFP Facility Services Department
