GENERAL INFORMATION

The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement for a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to purchase services as described in this document. This is a streamlined combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number for this procurement is FA330025A0000 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 effective 1-17-2025 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change 1-17-2025 effective 1-17-2025.

A firm-fixed priced (FFP) BPA will be made in accordance with the following:

1. THE GOVERNMENT IS SOLICITING FOR “OPEN MARKET” QUOTES ONLY. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) QUOTES OR OTHER GOVERNMENT-WIDE ACQUISITION CONTRACTS (GWAC) QUOTES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

2. THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING SOLICITED VIA OPEN MARKET AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. ONLY QUOTATIONS RECEIVED FROM SMALL BUSINESS WILL BE REVIEWED.

NATURE OF ACQUISTION

The 42nd Contracting Squadron has a requirement to provide portable restroom services for the Maxwell AFB installation and supporting sites.

A Site Visit is not being offered.

SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES:

All services are to be performed in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
