- ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed bids for the construction of a 7761 square foot post and beam structure (direct purchased by the City), Project CP2454 will be received by the City of Gladstone, MO at City Hall, 7010 N. Holmes, until 10:00 AM, Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids must be submitted in accordance with forms and conditions set forth in the Bidding Documents. Pursuant to Section 292.675, RSMO, the Contractor shall provide a ten-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction safety program for all on-site employees.
