The South Dakota National Guard has a requirement to support the CIO Admin Services Postal Operations Sections postage meter machines are obsolete and no longer functions. The requirement will include a high volume digital mailing system for Rapid City, SD, a medium volume digital mailing system for Sioux Falls, SD, and state-wide virtual postage with capabilities to support up to 12 different locations. This solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures.
