The Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), Indian Health Service (IHS), Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC), intends to award a non-competitive, sole-source, a firm-fixed price purchase order (PO) to The Pitney Bowes Bank (Reserve Account) 215 South State Street Suite 320 Salt Lake City, UT 84111 with UEI# V5E8DNCCNH69.
The postage refill services are to be provided to ZCCHC. SendPro P Series Postage machines is currently being leased through Pitney Bowes.
The performance schedule is as follows:
Base Period: 10/01/2025 to 09/30/2026
Option Period One: 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2027
Option Period Two: 10/01/2027 to 09/30/2028
Option Period Three: 10/01/2028 to 09/30/2029
The estimated total value is below the simplified acquisition threshold.
The sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supply or service will satisfy agency requirements and is based on market research.
Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of the agency.
The determination not to compete the proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred for responding to this notice.
