Amendment 0002:
The purpose of this amendment is to:
- Change offer due date to 18 March 2025
- Remove the following clauses and provisions: 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilities; 52.222-22, Previous Contracts and Compliance Reports; 52.222-25, Affirmative Action Compliance; and 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity in accordance with Executive Orders 14173 & 14168
- Provide answers to solicitation questions;
- Add a second Appendix Aa Base Map (2025) to accompany the Appendix Ab Base Map (2018);
- Update Appendix E Baseside List

Original Solicitation: The Contractor shall accomplish activities necessary to support the Malmstrom AFB Cross-Connection Control and Backflow Prevention Program. The Contractor shall provide all labor, hardware, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform a full cross-connection control survey of the potable water system at Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB), MT, both on the main base and at 15 remotely located Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs). - Documents:
