Description:
Project consists of the installation of new potable water and sanitary sewer pipes along Ave. Hostos (PR-123) and municipal streets of the Ponce Playa sector. The potable water system consists of the installation of two main water pipelines and interconnections, and the sanitary system consists of the replacement of an existing sanitary sewer channel by a 36-inch diameter pipe and the replacement of an existing sanitary syphon that cross the Portugués River. All in accordance with the Construction Drawings and PRASA Specifications.This project will benefit approximately 30,357 families in the municipality of Ponce.This project will be financed with funds from the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (PRASA) and by loans and/or grants made or insured by the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program and Clean Water State Revolving Fund Program under the provisions of Public Law 104-182-EPA, Safe Drinking Water Act, acting through the Department of Health of Puerto Rico and Department of Natural and Environmental Resources of Puerto Rico, respectively.CONTACT: For additional information regarding the meeting place, please contact Eng.
