Description:
This is a bid advertisement from Webcor Builders (“General Contractor”) to solicit proposals from qualified Subcontractors (“Subcontractor”) to perform trade work on the Potrero Power Station Block 2 project located at 200 Humboldt Street in San Francisco in the Dogpatch neighborhood. 1. PROJECT SUMMARY: Block 2 consists of one 8-story clinical/lab building over a deep basement that includes a Proton Therapy Center. The total building size is approximately 300,000 gross sq. feet with the Proton Therapy Center in the basement spanning 65,000 gsf. The Proton Therapy Center will provide advanced cancer treatment using high-energy proton beams. The overall project incorporates 4 major components: 1. Proton therapy center (Basement) 2. 8 story Warm Shell building 3. Tenant improvement for UCSF clinical floors (2-5) 4. Future life-science incubator floor TI on top 3 floors and symposium space on level 1 2. SOLICITED SCOPES OF WORK: The work packages currently available for bidding, are divided into the following scopes of work and listed below. Bidders may bid on one, two, or multiple work packages.
