POWELL STREET WATER MAIN EXTENSION Open RFP/Bid ID: "POWELL STREET WATER MAIN EXTENSION" Open as of: August 1, 2025 8:00 am Deadline for submittal: August 21, 2025 2:00 pm Notice is hereby given that the City of Warrenton, Missouri, the Owner, will receive sealed Bids at the City of Warrenton City Hall, (636) 456-3535, 200 West Booneslick Rd., Warrenton, MO 63383, until 2:00 (P.M.) local prevailing time on the 21 st Day of August, 2025 at which time Bids will be opened and read publicly at the City Annex Building. POWELL STREET WATER MAIN EXTENSION The scope of work includes installation of approximately 388 LF of 12” PVC piping and all other necessary appurtenances. Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Drexel Plan Room at https://planroom.drexeltech.com/. Bid documents will be available after August 1, 2025. Questions can be submitted to Jeff Huck with Gonzalez Companies, LLC via email at jhuck@gocos.net. Questions received after 4 P.M. on August 14, 2025 will be rejected. A bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bidder-s maximum Bid Price is required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. This project is a prevailing wage project and will conform to the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations- Division of Labor Standards, Annual Wage Order No. 32. The Annual Wage Order contains prevailing wage rates for each occupational title in Warren County. The prevailing wage is the minimum rate that must be paid to workers on public works construction projects in Missouri.
