Description: The Power Supply Assembly consolidates the functionality of the legacy A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicle System (BFVS), Line Replaceable Units (LRU), the Turret Power Box (TPB) and Power Control Modules (PCM1 & PCM2) into a single LRU. It controls and distributes 300 Amperage of Utility (dirty) bus power and 300 Amperage of Electronics (clean) bus power throughout the turret. It also has a switching rectifier (isolation diode) installed between the utility power bus and the turret battery to support lethality functions. The Power Supply Assembly is capable of communicating to other LRUs in the BFVS via a Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) J1939 Controller Area Network (CAN) bus.
