Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport is soliciting for Otto Fuel Gloves 13” length in sizes 8 and 9 with a quantity of 1,380 pairs in each size and Otto Fuel Gloves 18” length in sizes 8 and 9 with a quantity of 4,128 pairs in each size, manufactured in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation, issued as request for quotation (RFQ) N0025325Q7003, is attached to this announcement. The proposed contract is full and open. Applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 313310 and has a size standard of 1,000 employees. Offerors are required to provide FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610.
Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be filled out in its entirety and returned before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation.
