Description
The U.S. Embassy in Windhoek hereby provides the following pre-solicitation notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: Preventative Maintenance on fire Suppression Systems in cafeteria and MSGR kitchens at the U.S. Embassy Office Buildings in Windhoek. The contractor/vendor shall provide all mentioned services as per detailed Statement of Work, which will be added when full solicitation is published.
The US Government may award the contract, based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed priced type of contract for its duration. The U.S. Government plans to issue the solicitation on SAM.gov and on the U.S. Embassy website, towards the middle of beginning of April 2025. Please see RFQ for actual response date.
