PR15180326 Chancery Workshops Construction - NCH Attic
The U.S. Embassy in Budapest, Hungary requires construction works in its Chancery building located at 12 Szabadság tér, 1054 Budapest, Hungary. The works include the demolition of existing A/C piping, supply and installation of new piping, pumps and heat exchangers; integration into the Building Automation System in the North Chancery attic floor, etc. The value of this construction effort is estimated as: “between $100,000 and $250,000”. The planned final completion deadline is in June, 2025.
All firms that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform such a service. At a minimum, each offeror (not a subcontractor or local affiliate) must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal:
Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in HUNGARY; Be able to understand written and spoken English Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work; Have good experience and past performance records; Be able to demonstrate prior construction experience with suitable references; Have all licenses and permits required by local, Hungarian law; Meet all insurance requirements; Have no adverse criminal record; Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interest of the United States of America; Accept daily liquidated damages; Accept NET30 payment terms.
