The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit Proposals for Spare Parts for Gates as per attached spreadsheet titled PR15237863 Parts for gates Prices should be duty free and VAT exempt. Delivery within 30 days Payment within 3-4 weeks upon Delivery to Colombo Sri Lanka
Vendor should quote DOOR TO DOOR. Prospective vendor could either use their own forwarder or use one of our nominated forwarder to clear the goods and deliver to embassy. All clearence certificates shall be provided by the Embassy
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of theiroffer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102 for offers over $30,000. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission maydeem the offeror-s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Also, offeror should be complaint with NDAA Quotation due date and time April 08th 2025 at 17:00 hrs local time. Email your quote to the below email address on or before due date and time. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
