The U. S. Embassy in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, invites you to submit quotations under full and open competition procedures for the following: PR15334071 - Body Armor for Marshalls' Vetted Unit according to following:

1) Tactical Body Armor vests Point Blank HI-Lite Vests or similar Ballistic Vest System Protection Level IIIA
Removable internal cummerbund Anti-microbial and Moisture wicking mesh liner Color: Black Sizes: Small/Regular 3 - Medium/Regular 7 - Large/Regular 8- Large/Long 2- Extra Large/Regular 2- Extra Large/Long 3 TOTAL UNIT(S): 25 each
2) Omega Plate Threat level II and IIIA Soft armor and ballistic / stab soft armor system 10 x 12 SC (Shooter-s Cut). TOTAL: 25 each
3) Tactical Body Armor vests International Warsoc vest or similar Ballistic Vest System Protection Level NIJ0101.06 IIIA Complete Set includes (in addition to base):

QUOTES
Quotations must be submitted in English, via email to SantoDomingoProcurement@state.gov and marked RFQ# PR15334071, no later than 1600hrs local time, on May 28, 2025.
The following must be included in the quotation:
