- The project consists of the rehabilitation of Peñuelas WTP which include an expansion to increase its treatment capacity to 2.0 MGD. This project seeks to permanently address deficiencies post hurricanes and ensure a resilient and reliable drinking water service to the community served. The project will benefit approximately 1,300 customers in municipality of Peñuelas.
