The scope of the requirement is to deliver eLearning courses consisting of multiple levels from fundamental skills, through advanced black belt skills to Department of the Air Force members around the world using a blended learning capability. The Department of the Air Force requires the capability to train a minimum of 10,000 Members annually in Continuous Improvement and innovation over the next three to four years. Each course may consist of eLearning modules and virtual sessions. eLearning modules are hosted from the eLearning portal provided by the vendor as part of this PWS. Virtual classes will be facilitated by Air Force approved practitioners and hosted by the vendor using the provided integrated e- learning platform provided under this contract. Classes shall be capable of hosting a minimum of 750 students in each class session.
This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (market survey). This is not a request for quote (RFQ) or a request for proposal (RFP).
