The Embassy of the United States of America in Praia, Cabo Verde, invites all interested responsible companies to submit a quotation for a 3-row 4x4 vehicle, Toyota Fortuner or equal, with the below key specifications. The quotation must include shipping costs to Praia, as well as a guaranteed delivery timeline.
