Description:
The project consists in the evaluation of the 50% rule in accordance with the FEMA guidelines, and develop a detailed report regarding said evaluation. The 50% rule evaluation consists in evaluating whether a damaged installation is eligible for repair or entails a demolition. Auction sheets will be available for digital sale from Monday, September 8, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Atlantic schedule (Atlantic Standard Time) until Monday, September 15, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Atlantic schedule (Atlantic Standard Time). The sheet will have A non -refundable cost of one hundred ($ 100.00) dollars payable to the authority for infrastructure financing (AFI).
