This requirement is sole source to Northrop Gruman Corporation (NGC). NGC is the OEM and is the only company authorized to upgrade and certify Airworthiness for the APN-241 system. Upgrade of the APN-241 requires access to NGC proprietary test fixtures/equipment. NGC is the only company capable of performing full repair of the system. Access to NGC proprietary data, test fixtures, and certification processes/procedures are required in order to modify and qualify the APN-241. Also, NGC is the only company qualified to certify the APN-241 Radar after any repair or upgrade action occurs. - Documents:
