This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for Pre-Built FPV's for Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC). This announcement is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. All interested parties may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
This solicitation is for a Supply type contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, (effective May 12, 2025) and the DFARS Publication Notice (DPN) 20250718. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is 1550. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 336411. The proposed acquisition is a Total Set Aside for Small Business.TYPE OF CONTRACT The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract as a result of this solicitation.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical, Past Performance, Price, and Time of Delivery. When combined, Technical, Past Performance, and Price are significantly more important than Time of Delivery.The Government reserves the right and may award based solely on information contained in the quote. It is the Government-s intention to award without discussions. Offerors are encouraged to present their best technical and price quote in their initial submission....
