This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.
An official proposal is requested for a Pre-engineered/modular restroom and laundry facility supporting Seymour Johnson Air Force Base North Carolina In accordance with the attached documents.
Questions concerning this requirement shall be addressed by the prospective offeror prior to the offeror's proposal submission. Questions shall be provided no later than 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time 28 August 2025. Offeors shall pay special attention to the Instructions to Offerors and the Evaluation criteria attached. Failure to comply could result in your proposal being ineligible for award.
