- Description The Iowa Workforce Development, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (IVRS) is seeking a vendor to develop a curriculum for the Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program. The awarded vendor will create a curriculum for the program, provide initial training to IVRS staff (i.e. a “train the trainer” model), provide annual curriculum updates for the term of the agreement, and additional training annually and/or as needed for new staff over the term of the awarded contract.
