Description:
The City of Rosenberg is seeking an agreement with qualified Individuals, Firms, or Corporations to provide Engineering & Architectural Services for the City of Rosenberg. Each respondent will be scored for each category of service. It is not expected that every firm will have experience in every category. The City will create a pool of pre-qualified engineering and architectural firms for each of the below categories who will then be contacted for proposals as projects come up throughout the pre-qualification period of three (3) years. Contracts will be issued for each project individually on an as-needed basis.The City is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering and architectural firms with experience and expertise in the technical areas of engineering and architecture for the following categories of service:Traffic Engineering ServicesRoadway DesignWater and Wastewater DesignDrainage Systems Design and AnalysisLand SurveyingGeneral Engineering Services for small, multi-disciplinary projectsLandscape ArchitectureGeneral Architecture Services for small, multi-disciplinary projects
