- This Request for Pre-Qualification of Bidders is intended to solicit information in the form of a qualification questionnaire and qualification statements. All Bidders that intend to submit a bid for the Project must fully complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, provide all materials requested herein, and be approved by VTA in order to be included on the final qualified Bidders list. No bid will be accepted from a Bidder that has failed to comply with these requirements. If two or more firms submit a SOQ as part of a Joint Venture, or expect to submit a SOQ as part of a Joint Venture, each entity within the Joint Venture must be separately pre-qualified.
