This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, to generate interest in the upcoming Solicitation FA469025Q0045, to compete and award a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the 28th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) for Dryer Vent and Water Restoration.The solicitation is expected to be posted on the week of 18 August 2025. This award will have a five-year Period of Performance. The projected Period of Performance is currently 1 October 2025 - 30 September 2030. The actual Period of Performance will be finalized at the time of award.This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561790 ? Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings, with a size standard of $9,000,000.00.
