The Embassy of the United States in Ankara, Türkiye will launch the solicitation on the SAM,gov website when it is available.The U.S. Embassy in Ankara requires gardening maintenance services for the embassy compound and official residences. The estimated number of properties to be serviced is three, encompassing a total area of approximately 67,004 square meters. This estimate includes 22,565 square meters of lawn areas and additional serviced areas. The anticipated period of performance consists of a 12-month base period, followed by four one-year option periods at the Government-s discretion.All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Please be aware that the response date in this synopsis is not final; see the RFP for the actual deadline.The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable, and responsible offeror. Award may be made based on initial offers without discussions.A pre-quotation conference is planned, and the solicitation will specify the date for this event.In accordance with FAR provision 52.207, all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register before submitting quotations or proposals.
