Description
The solicitation will be for grounds keeping services at the new embassy compound in Belgrade.
These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forth coming periods. Major duties and responsibilities are to provide year-round gardening and maintenance services comprising of maintenance and appearance of the grass, shrubbery, garden areas, trees, related landscape elements, roadways and parking facilities. There are approximately 2,000 m² of pathways for snow removal, about 12,000 m² of concrete surface for cleaning, as well as up to 10,000 m² of area for gardening. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with one one-year option period if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if received on time, will be considered.
