Pre-Solicitation Notice for the notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Office of Research and Development (R&D), Regional Procurement Office (RPO) East in Pittsburgh, PA intends to negotiate on a sole source basis for a one (1) year base period to include four (4) option years with Geisel Software Inc to obtain Software Developer/Engineer Services for development, evaluation, and maintenance of a novel mobile treatment application to support Veterans receiving medication treatment for opioid use disorder for the West Haven VAMC.Geisel s software developer/design services are required to develop, evaluate, and maintain custom software as part of an awarded research project. These services need to be compliant and in accordance with several regulations including VACHS IRB regulations, Section 508 and ADA compliance standards, VA style guides, and grant-specified proprietary design characteristics.
