DESCRIPTION:
The U.S Embassy Lusaka is seeking to renovate the existing bathrooms and decommission of septic tank at 33T Leopards Hill Road, Lusaka.
THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENOVATION OF THE FOLLOWING

Master bathroom Hallway bathroom Guest bathroom Pool change roomThe septic tank to be decommissioned is located behind the pool change room.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Failure to register at the time of proposal submission may deem the offeror-s proposal to be considered non responsible.
